AZ Creates! Taps Cathy Beard for Design and Show Co-Host
BobCat Studios' Cathy Beard has partnered with Laurie Fagen of Art Online AZ, to produce a unique YouTube show called AZ Creates!
The 30 minute show, airing twice monthly on Thursdays, is devoted to bringing promotional awareness that highlights creative talent throughout Arizona.
Each show features 2 special guest interviews in the creative areas of Music, Theater, Art, Dance, Books, Fiber Arts, Voice Talent, Film and Video production. Plus a segment highlighting online and in-person events statewide.
Cathy's role is handling the overall graphic look for the show by producing its logo, graphics throughout the show, social media animated promos and print advertising. She also is the co-host of the events segment "Something to Look Forward to," where she is seen on camera presenting the segment and produces the graphics, voice over and edits the entire segment.
"It's a terrific show and one of a kind," says Cat. "I feel so honored to be part of supporting our creative community with a show geared specifically to help them get noticed!" Show Host and main producer Laurie Fagen, a long time friend and colleague of Cats, conceived the show based on her connections in the arts community and saw a need for extra support, with the program designed to connect art patrons with artists. Her son, Devon Hancock also provides editing services for the full final show with Robert Diepenbrock as an Assistant Producer.
The show is always looking for new guests, supporting nonprofits arts groups and creative events.
